New Generation High-Efficiency Industrial Particle Liquid Filtration System This filtration system provides highly accurate results for filtering various industrial liquids, especially metalworking fluids. It is used to filter and separate all metal and non-metal contaminants mixed into metalworking oils (boring oils and pure metalworking oils) after processing in the metalworking industry. The system uses paper filters for filtration. The filtration level is determined by the type of paper filter selected. It is possible to filter between 10 microns and 100 microns. Thanks to its special sealing system, the Merta Compact filter ensures that the filtered liquid is retained in the filtration area and raises the liquid level much higher than other filter types, allowing the filtered liquid to pass efficiently through the filter paper by its own weight. Paper-Filtered Merta Compact filtration units operate fully automatically. Our company produces three different types of Compact units, ranging in capacity from 150 liters/minute to 1,000 liters/minute.

Merta procures the mentioned paper filters in large jumbo rolls and swiftly dispatches them by preparing the width and length according to the customer s request in its own workshop. Naturally, there is no waiting for production for rolls requested with different widths and lengths, and fast delivery can be achieved. In particular, paper filters are the most effective solution for filtering metal processing fluids (boron oil, grinding fluid, pure processing oils, etc.) in the metal processing industry. Paper filters are used together with Paper Filter Filtration Units specially manufactured for their purpose. The unit acquired for filtration does not perform the filtration itself; the Paper Filter placed on it fulfills this function. Naturally, it is very important to use paper filter elements of the correct structure, permeability, and size in systems. While we refer to the product as paper filters, there is no established standard in the industry, so many different names are used such as fabric filter, grinding fabric filter, boron oil paper filter, belt filter, boron oil belt filter, etc. The most well-known application area in the industry is grinding machines.
