Machine-Based Filtration Systems, designed according to customer requests and requirements, provide the machine with the required coolant fluid in the healthiest manner. These systems have a compact design that occupies only as much space as a conveyor and can be quickly installed. Below are the technical components that can be included in these systems: 1) Dirty Fluid Suction System: This system facilitates the transfer of contaminated coolant fluid from the machine tank to the filtration unit by suction. 2) Filtration Groups: These are magnetic and paper filter units selected based on the flow rate of incoming coolant fluid and the desired level of filtration efficiency. 3) Flow Channel / Tank: Depending on customer requirements, the filtered fluid can be directed back to the machine tank through a flow channel or a dedicated coolant fluid reserve tank that also houses clean pumps. 4) Clean Pump: Pumps capable of delivering the desired flow rate and pressure can directly supply the operation point from the filtration unit. 5) Submersion Cooling System: In critical operations, especially in environments where coolant oil requires additional cooling, the unit s built-in cooling system can control the input and output fluid temperatures.

New Generation High-Efficiency Industrial Particle Liquid Filtration System This filtration system provides highly accurate results for filtering various industrial liquids, especially metalworking fluids. It is used to filter and separate all metal and non-metal contaminants mixed into metalworking oils (boring oils and pure metalworking oils) after processing in the metalworking industry. The system uses paper filters for filtration. The filtration level is determined by the type of paper filter selected. It is possible to filter between 10 microns and 100 microns. Thanks to its special sealing system, the Merta Compact filter ensures that the filtered liquid is retained in the filtration area and raises the liquid level much higher than other filter types, allowing the filtered liquid to pass efficiently through the filter paper by its own weight. Paper-Filtered Merta Compact filtration units operate fully automatically. Our company produces three different types of Compact units, ranging in capacity from 150 liters/minute to 1,000 liters/minute.

Our paper filters are sourced domestically and internationally from major manufacturers. Merta procures the mentioned paper filters in large jumbo rolls and swiftly dispatches them by preparing the width and length according to the customer s request in its own workshop. Naturally, there is no waiting for production for rolls requested with different widths and lengths, and fast delivery can be achieved. In particular, paper filters are the most effective solution for filtering metal processing fluids (boron oil, grinding fluid, pure processing oils, etc.) in the metal processing industry. Paper filters are used together with Paper Filter Filtration Units specially manufactured for their purpose. The unit acquired for filtration does not perform the filtration itself; the Paper Filter placed on it fulfills this function. Naturally, it is very important to use paper filter elements of the correct structure, permeability, and size in systems. While we refer to the product as paper filters, there is no established standard in the industry, so many different names are used such as fabric filter, grinding fabric filter, boron oil paper filter, belt filter, boron oil belt filter, etc. The most well-known application area in the industry is grinding machines. As very high amounts of sludge (dust particles) are produced in cylindrical and centerless grinding operations, paper filters are frequently used in the filtration systems that come with grinding machines. Naturally, the metal processing industry is most familiar with paper filters through this application. To emphasize again, paper filters are used in all businesses with metal processing filtration units that work with paper filters. The types of units mentioned are generally gravity belt filters, compact units, hydrostatic units, and deep bed units. These units are found in enterprises in applications such as central boron oil systems, CNC machining centers internal water filtration, grinding machine filtration, etc. Industries with high usage of paper filters include pipe profile factories, copper and aluminum cable and wire drawing factories, and main and sub-automotive industries, particularly factories processing castings, aluminum, and brass metals. IMPORTANT NOTE: Paper filters are generally classified according to raw material and m² weight. The biggest misunderstanding in the industry is about weight. The m² weight of the product is often compared with the size indicating the filtration level. That is, a 30 gr/m² filter paper is thought to filter at 30-micron precision. However, there is no connection between the product weight and the filtration level.
