For more than 30 years, Eurolls has been producing custom made solutions for tube and open profile manufacturers worldwide, while being also able to provide a full range of products and services for the wire industry such as the microcassettes our most important innovation in the wire drawing processes and for other applications. The world over, EUROLLS has earned the best reputation thanks to our extensive knowledge and expertise that permits us to provide high quality products and an outstanding service. Furthermore, EUROLLS is also specialized in high technology coating installations, thanks to the collaborative efforts between our engineers and the most accredited International Research Institutes in Italy. Our HQ is based in Attimis (UD), while other 4 production plants are distributed in the Friuli Region, in the Northeast of Italy. We also have subsidiaries and branches in Milan, Brazil, China, Mexico, and USA. With a total floor space of 26.000 sqm, our factories can manufacture almost 100.000 rolls per year. In addition, all our plants are rigorously evaluated/accredited and managed as an ongoing component of Eurolls Quality Management System, which include the ISO 90012015 certification. For the coming years, EUROLLS main purpose will be becoming even more a landmark, offering new solutions based on the evolution of the market, on our continuous commitment in the technological progress, and on the use of new investments on sustainability and efficiency - paying special attention to the area of energy efficiency and in renewable sources.
Eurolls is a leading manufacturer of wire rolls and cold rolling cassettes made from special steels and sintered materials for the construction wire and industrial wire sectors. Since entering the market in 1997, with more than 10.000 units sold and successfully used, Eurolls has consistently proven to be a benchmark in the industry, establishing its reputation for reliability and quality. In addition, Eurolls has been a true pioneer in the wire industry, replacing the conventional die drawing methods with the introduction of microcassettes - our most important innovation - which have greatly improved the efficiency and accuracy of the process. By using the basic cassettes technology, Eurolls is able to produce also special version to meet the most varied market demands with regards to the production of special profiles. Among our services we offer the start-up and technical support on-site.
