Erciyas Steel Pipe was established in Izmit in 1990 to produce spiral welded steel pipes. Due to the necessity that emerged during the development process, the company moved to the Düzce factory in 1998, which is equipped with the latest technology, on a land of 110,000 m² and a closed area of 30,000 m². In 2022, it merged with Özbal Steel Pipe Industry under the same holding and went public. At the beginning of 1999, Erciyas both added oil and natural gas pipes to its product range and improved its quality system in line with the right to use API 5L and ISO 9001 certificates. Becoming one of Turkey s leading spiral welded steel pipe manufacturers in a short time, Erciyas Steel Pipe, is among the leading manufacturers of the world today. Currently having an annual production capacity of 600,000 tons, our Düzce and Mersin factories produce oil, natural gas, water and pile pipes from St 37 quality to API 5L X100 quality, with diameters from 254 to 4064 millimeters and wall thicknesses from 4 to 35 millimeters. In addition, it has the opportunity to apply all kinds of interior and exterior coatings in accordance with all existing Turkish and international standards. The pipes produced by Erciyas Steel Pipe Industry have been used in many important projects in Turkey and around the world and it continues its development rapidly in order to increase its share in the world steel pipe market on behalf of our country.
