High quality wet lubricants ensuring a perfect lubrication, immediate solubility in water and emulsions stability. SINTEK lubricants are biodegradable, based on natural compounds deriving from renewable sources, combining detergent and lubricating properties with an excellent resistance to soaps pollution, generating from previous dry drawing.

Sintered tungsten carbide nibs of every size and specification. By controlling every step of drawing nibs production, from hard metal powders to sinter process, the hardness and toughness of Koner s sintered carbide nibs increase die work-life and wire quality surface because of the use of special micro-grain powders and new additives specially developed for wire drawing.

Patented worldwide pressure dies, allows to obtain a better and excellent lubrication with consequent higher productivity, a longer nib life (+30%), excellent wire quality, reduction in operating costs of 40% and a very quick return on investment in just few weeks. The new pressure die is modular and only the nib is replaced, the overall dimensions are the same of traditional dies, consequently these can be used for all the machines without any modifications.
